Highwright is an independent game studio based in New South Wales, Australia. Highwright operates this website. You can reveal our email address in the Contact tab if you need to contact us about these terms.
Using this site
You may browse and use this site for lawful, personal purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, use automated requests that place an unreasonable load on it, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or its users.
Updates list
By joining our updates list, you ask us to send occasional Highwright or game updates and confirm that you are at least 16 years old. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy page explains how we handle your email address and other information.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not currently set optional cookies or use behavioural analytics, advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver and protect the site. Depending on its security settings, these may include the __cf_bm cookie for bot detection, which generally expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, or a short-lived clearance cookie after a security challenge. We do not use these cookies to profile you or advertise to you. Unless stated otherwise, Highwright owns or licenses the content on this site, including its names, wordmarks, artwork, and text. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or commercially use that content without permission, except where the law or a page on this site allows it.
Third-party services
This site links to services operated by others, including Discord, X, and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or handling of your information.
Availability and liability
We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the site and cannot promise that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Highwright is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
